Finally, I have been saying from the 2016 primary's we needed to look at Panetta in regards to election voting machines. Panetta is on the Oracle Board of Directors. Oracle voting software is widely used and totals the election votes then stores it in their cloud. They have a manual that can be found online that outlines how to win an election using their software. In the manual it gives directions on how to change the vote totals. California Berkley uses the manual to teach students how to alter election results.
